This beautiful barn of about 180Sq-m - entirely renovated - is located in the centre of Le Praz. The authentic village of Courchevel, which is close to the ski slopes and amenities, makes it an ideal place for a family holiday. The village of Courchevel le Praz is essentially residential, quiet and friendly.

The chalet has been renovated according to Savoyard traditions and fits perfectly with the village. The chalet can accommodate up to 8 people. The main level of this family chalet includes a friendly dining area, and a large cosy lounge with a fireplace, a reading area, as well as a beautiful ceiling height that will offer you volume and authenticity.

The East-facing balcony will give you a nice view of the Brigues slope. You'll enjoy the 4 bedrooms with their ensuite bathrooms with bath or showers, comfortable beds, and storage spaces. Two of the bedrooms can have two single beds on request.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
