Description

Chalet offers the perfect balance of modern yet traditional architecture and design. This old chalet was recently renovated and refurbished with great taste, completed to a high level finish using considered materials and design. It features 5 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 stand alone WC, hence comfortably accommodating up to 12 people.

This 300sqm chalet is literally at the heart of Courchevel Le Praz, only 200 meters from the nearest ski lift and less than 100 meters from convenience stores and restaurants. Located at the foot of Courchevel, Le Praz is a pittoresque French Alpine village filled with beautiful traditional wooden chalets - as it is still quite untouched by the glamour of its neighbour, it has kept a community vibe with a strong permanent population, fair prices and most importantly, its authenticity.

 

Needless to say that the chalet offers all you need for your stay: a large ski room with boot heaters, a fully equipped kitchen, linen, towels as well as toiletries in every bathroom, to name a few. Furthermore a well-exposed outdoor area and several parking spaces are available just in front of the chalet.

 

The name comes from the hotel, an iconic one in Courchevel in the 70s.

The home truths:

  • End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.

  • 2 of the bedrooms overlook a nearby bar so if people are having a really good time downstairs, it could be noisy.

  • There is no front desk on this site. That being said, all of our properties are equipped with a digicode and your access code will be sent to you via email and text message one day prior to your arrival. In case you need any assistance, we have on-the-ground staff.

  • Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
