Description

Courchevel 1850  – Located on the 3rd floor of Jean Blanc Sport Residence, with an elevator, Deluxe Penthouse – 4 rooms, 180m2, 7 persons, , you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding peaks, with an east and south exposure and a high-end comfort for a demanding clientele.

On one level, the living room and lounge are organized around a central fireplace and has 3 en suite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room is bright and friendly combining comfort and conviviality around a central fireplace. The dining room can accommodate up to 10 guests. The Penthouse has a balcony with a view of the resort center and the mountains. Separate and closed kitchen, fully equipped (Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher) with a service entrance.
 
Bedroom 1: Master en suite with double bed (king size). Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Three simple bed (80 x200) or double bed (Queen size). Bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin and separate toilet.
Bedroom 3: Three simple bed (80 x200) or double bed (Queen size) + 1 single bed, double washbasin and toilet.
 
The most: Adjoining laundry room equipped with washing machines, dryer and an iron. -Resort central location with an amazing view on slopes and mountain – Ski in ski out, as close as possible to the ski lifts and the ESF meeting point – Covered parking nearby – Ski room. “ON REQUEST – Dog is welcome as long as it does not go in bedrooms or sit on furniture. The tenants must be responsible for clearing away any of the dogs “toilet activities” so there is no poo.. etc… left around the balcony and area. It must be looked after at all times please.  An additional damage deposit will be required.

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
