Description

In the heart of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, a 1920s Art Deco-style mansion stands, blending historical charm with modern comfort. This unique property, meticulously renovated, offers an exceptional retreat for up to 15 guests. Its prime location provides walking access to both the town center and the Savoy/Brévent ski slopes, making it the ideal base for exploring the incredible valley.


 

Timeless Luxury and Versatile Spaces

 

The mansion features a huge open-plan living and dining room, designed for entertaining, with its own in-house bar. The commercial-grade kitchen is equipped to meet all culinary needs. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, which can be configured as twins or king-size doubles. One of these, located in the eaves, includes two additional mattresses suitable for children. In the basement, there's another double room with its own bathroom, plus a bunk room for five people, also with en-suite facilities.


 

Comfort and Accessibility

 

The basement offers a large, flexible space that can be transformed into a games room, a yoga/fitness area, or a kids' playroom/TV room. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the large ski locker room with a heated boot dryer.

While its location allows for walking access to the slopes, the mansion provides two underground parking spaces and two overground spaces, making it easy to access the entire valley by car.


 

A Heritage with Modern Upgrades

 

The property was renovated in 2023 with a completely new roof, new triple-glazed windows and doors, and a modern heating system. However, this refurbishment preserved the mansion's original character. The charm of the last 100 years has been maintained by keeping details such as the original parquet flooring and Venetian plaster walls, which may show some natural wear.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
