This is one of four stunning luxury apartments in the residence. Sleeping up to 10 people in four bedrooms, this contemporary home is full of character and is the ideal retreat for a ski-loving family or a group of friends. Guests can ski directly back to the property and safely store their equipment in the dedicated ski room on the ground floor.

The entrance is on the second floor, where a warm welcome awaits. Designed with impeccable attention to detail, the apartment exudes a love for the mountains through the use of rich, textured woods and stylish, playful décor.

The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area occupy most of this level. The space is sophisticated, yet comfortable and cozy, with a strong ski chalet ambiance. A wood-burning fireplace is the focal point in the living room, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. From this vantage point, large windows and double glass doors leading onto the balcony allow guests to soak in the dramatic mountain views.

The well-equipped kitchen is sleek and functional. The adjoining dining area features a large, contemporary table seating up to ten people, ensuring an intimate atmosphere.

 

Sleeping Quarters and Comfort

 

Taking the stairs down leads to the sleeping quarters, accommodating up to ten guests in comfort across four beautiful bedrooms. The master double bedroom is the most spacious, featuring a large full bathroom and terrace access. The other rooms include a twin/double with an en-suite shower room, another twin/double with an en-suite shower and a private toilet, and a quad bunk room with adult-sized bunks, also with an en-suite shower room and a dedicated WC nearby. All bedrooms maintain a neutral palette accented with rich fabrics.

 

Wellness and Exclusive Services

 

Guests have shared access to the spa area on the first floor, which features a heated swimming pool with endless current and a submerged jet spa. A sauna completes this tranquil space, perfect for indulging tired, ski-weary muscles.

The apartment also offers:

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
