Our establishment is particularly popular with discerning holidaymakers looking for a certain 'standing' and an exemplary location. All you have to do is cross the road to discover two of the resort's unmissable 5-star luxury hotels. At Courchevel 1850, anything is possible: a thousand and one activities are available depending on the season. Even the most ambitious! These include heli-skiing, ice climbing, paragliding, hot-air ballooning, helicopter rides, dog sledding, gourmet dining and nightlife. The residence is perched on the edge of the famous "BELLCÔTE" slope, so adventurers can put on their ski boots early and set off to discover the Trois Vallées ski area, the largest in the world. Each flat has a bedroom, bathroom, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and flat-screen TV.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
