This sublime mountain chalet is located in the small hamlet of Morel. It is surrounded by trees and has an uninterrupted view of the mountains. Its charm lies in the light-filled living room, with its many windows and high ceilings. With an impressive surface area, this room is illuminated by its 5-metre-high windows, and comprises a lounge area, dining area, open-plan kitchen and utility room.

It opens onto a west-facing terrace and balcony. The entrance is via a small chalet overlooking the property. Access to the chalet is via a stairwell that leads to the living areas.

Decorated by Anne-Sophie and Jean-Marc Mouchet, this chalet combines Savoyard savoir-faire with its lauze stone roofs, triple-ply wood, wool textures and spectacular gouged wood flooring.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
