For the other lessons, ski down to the Rond Point des Pistes. Shops nearby: bakery, mini market, restaurants and sports shop. Free shuttles to the center of Méribel 7.40 am to 11.30 pm. Free access to the swimming pool, sauna and hammam in the same residence.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
