The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the Residence, with a surface area of 338 sqm, is perfect to welcome up to 12 people.

This apartment has four bedrooms with double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds (possibility double bed on request) and six en-suite bathrooms. The bright living room with a TV has also a fully equipped kitchen island and a dining area. You will also appreciate the furnished balcony with armchairs and jacuzzi ; offering a splendid view over the mountains, the perfect place for your family reunion.
During your holidays, you can benefit from a parking space in the private car park, a ski locker and Wi-Fi access.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
