Settle in this apartment in the heart of brand new residence. Set down your suitcases in one of your 3 double bedrooms and head on over to the fantastic balcony to enjoyt the view. Le modern living area features an open plan kitchen, a dining area and the living room with direct access to the terrace.

The bedrooms are bright and the colors are both light and neutral giving a warm and "zen" atmosphere.Two bedrooms are ensuite, with either a spacious shower room or a bathroom, and the third bedroom has access to the third shower room. The bedrooms are sunny, two of which offer direct access to the terrace, which connects to the living area.

The big plus: the apartment has a sauna to relax after a good day of intense skiing.

The Apartment has 2 private parking spaces, located in the underground garage of the residence. Guests will enjoy complimentary access to the fitness area, located on the first floor of the residence. The residence also hosts the Spa; contact us to book services. A shuttle to the Aquamotion Aquatic Center is located at the foot of the building, on rue des Rois.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
