Located on the ground floor of an exclusive residential building, it benefits from an ideal position right next to the “Pralong” 6-person chairlift, providing easy access to the vast Les Trois Vallées ski area. Furthermore, the two lifts for Altiport green slopes are at the apartment’s doorstep, making this the perfect choice for a ski-in/ski-out experience for both expert and beginner skiers.

This newly renovated apartment features a spacious living room with an ethanol fireplace, a generous dining space, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Enjoy three en-suite bedrooms, designed for your utmost comfort. The master suite includes both a bath and shower, plus a private WC; the other two rooms each have their own shower and basin with a shared WC. High-quality linen, towels, and toiletries are included in the cleaning service. A Smart TV and yoga mats are also at your disposal.

One of the most unique and remarkable features of this property is its private garden. Just outside the terrace, it's a safe space for young children to play in the snow (or adults, we won’t judge!). The terrace is also perfectly south-east oriented to enjoy delightful sunny breakfasts and lunches in the winter, and al fresco dinners in the summer.

For your convenience, the property offers two underground parking spaces and additional outdoor parking is available opposite the building, as well as a private ski locker for guests. Ski passes can be conveniently purchased next door at the Pralong Ski Office, where the ESF ski school with top-class ski and snowboarding instructors can be found. Private ski hire can be provided on request, so fitting and ski hire can be done from the comfort of your living room. The town center is only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, and taxis are available upon request.

For larger gatherings or families, this residence can be booked alongside a sister property, offering even more expansive accommodation.

Important Notes:

  • End-of-stay cleaning is included, with the option to benefit from additional cleaning and laundry services during your stay, upon request and for a supplement. Premium linen, towels, and bath mats are provided.
  • The location is excellent for skiing, but it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to town. Taxis are available if needed.
  • Our neighbors are lovely locals known to be early birds; therefore, we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed on the property.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
