Apartment for rental in Méribel Station

This apartment on the top floor of the residence is the perfect rental for lovers of Méribel.

Its occupants will be able to walk to the resort centre located 100m away, and less than 50m from the exit of the ski room, there is the blue slope named Doron which allows you to reach the Chaudanne where there are departures of many ski lifts. After a beautiful day on the slopes of the 3 Valleys, it will suffice to go down this blue slope and take off your skis right by the residence.

Those who do not ski can watch the skiers going down the slope, from the balcony of the apartment which offers a panorama of many peaks surrounding the Méribel valley. The 5 bedrooms of this spacious duplex can accommodate up to 9 people. It consists of 2 en-suite double bedrooms with shower room, an en-suite master bedroom with bathroom, as well as a double bedroom and a single bedroom upstairs which share the shower room.

The occupants will meet around the large dining table in the fully equipped closed kitchen, furnished with a subtle blend of stone and wood. They will also be able to enjoy of the library area in the armchairs ideally located facing the bay windows, under the cathedral ceiling. Everything will remind you that you are in the mountains with stone and quality wood, in a decoration mixing traditional , chic and alpine style, while contemplating the snow-capped peaks through the large windows of the living room. Finally, they can relax in the TV lounge area under the wooden beams, next to a wood stove that embodies French elegance with its enameled cast iron finish.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
