Offering true ski in / ski out access that’s just a stone’s throw from the town centre, the apartment is a fantastic renovation project that will see the existing Hotel converted into fifteen luxurious apartments. Ranging from 95m² two-bedroom apartments to a 500m² penthouse, the apartment will provide not only the best in home comforts but also the full array of exclusive in-house services AlpCourchevel is renowned for.

 

Alongside a luxurious and spacious Alpine home, the apartment residents will also enjoy a 24-hour concierge service, spa and wellness area, in-house gym, ski rental shop, bar and restaurant. Courchevel Moriond known as the sunniest resort in the Three Valleys, and is home to a wide range of terrain to suit everyone from complete beginners to seasoned adrenaline junkies. You’ll benefit from the 600km+ of pistes that the Three Valleys ski area has to offer, as well as awe-inspiring views and spectacular mountain restaurants. And there’s plenty to do for non-skiers as well; alongside excellent shopping and gastronomy, Courchevel Moriond is just next to Aquamotion, a large water sports complex complete with indoor and outdoor pools, a spa complex, climbing wall and the Alps’ only wave surfing pool.

 

Just down the road from its glamourous neighbour, Courchevel 1850, Moriond is an exciting up-and-coming resort with bags of Alpine charm and excellent investment potential. The apartment, located on the 4th floor of the residence, offers a surface area of 122 m² and can accommodate 8 people.

 

It consists of four bedrooms with a double bed and four en-suite bathrooms. The living space benefits from a sitting area with a television, an equipped American kitchen and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the snow front of Courchevel 1650.

During your stay, you will benefit from a parking space in the private car park, a ski locker and wifi access.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
