 Designed for 8 people with a total living surface area of 88m², you will appreciate its charming living space, fully equipped kitchen and mountain style.

The apartment has 2 double en-suite bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds ideal for children and a private bathroom. An escalator is located next to the residence which takes you directly to the various shops and restaurants in the resort centre, as well as to Aquamotion, a large water park in Courchevel 1650. The nearest ski slopes are just 100m from the apartment.

From this winter, we will open the doors of our new bistronomic restaurant. A dynamic team will propose you various specialties and you can also enjoy a drink and relax in a family friendly atmosphere. Full continental or English breakfast are available and breakfast or apéritifs can also be delivered to your apartment upon request.

Relax in the spa and wellness area (including steam room & jacuzzi) and indulge yourself in a range of beauty treatments offered by our masseuse.

In the ski shop on the ground floor, a team of professionals are available to help you with your purchases and rental of ski equipment. Private ski lockers are also at your disposal. We can also organise to have your ski passes ready for collection on your arrival on request.

Your well-being is our main priority, forget about constraints and everyday life and treat yourself to a perfect holiday courtesy of our huge range of useful services both included or à la carte.

Rental price and other fees

Deposit

A security deposit will be requested upon arrival of the customers:

  • 2000 € for apartments lower than 120 SQM
  • 4000 € for apartments from 120 to 220 SQM
  • 6000 € for apartments over 220 SQM

Service fee: 10% + VAT

Housekeeping Fee: 60 €/h + IVA (70 €/h + IVA on weekends and bank holidays)

Final Cleaning Fee: 1000 € + IVA

Terms & Conditions

Minimum no of nights: A 7 night stay is preferred. Some properties will accept 4 nights if it fits between pre-existing bookings. Please enquire with our representative.

Cancellation Policy: Strict (all prepayments are non-refundable).

Payment Terms: 50% of rental price and service fee due upon booking. Remaining balance and security deposit due 60 days before arrival.
